ok i just got in a car accident today when a girl ran a red light and t boned my car and totaled it. it was totally her fault and she even amited runnin the red light but the thing is i have no insurance so right there i already lost my liscens but whats going to happen with my lost or what should i do now about my lost? also i didn't go to the hospital ether but my shoulder is starting to hurt now to a point i can't even lift it or pick things up so im going to the hospital tomorrow..so whats going to happen with that? plz help!

I've just recently bought my first car which will be shared with a parent, and it is one of my parents is the policy holder, I am an additional driver who currently holds a provisional license. The insurance started on the 14th March. However, I've got my driving test on Monday, so if I pass I will then have a full UK License. What will this do to the insurance? Do I have to then amend the policy to let the insurance company know I now have a UK license, or do I not need to let the insurance company know until the current policy needs renewing. Last week someone backed up into my bumper while my car was parked. They were very nice and left a note, and we were in the middle of sorting things out. To keep things simple I am calling the current car I have Car A and the new car as Car B. I have insurance that runs out on CAR A in 2 months time which I want to keep on the basis that I don't want to lose my no claims bonus for this current year by cancelling the insurance. I live in San Diego, California. I recently got into a car accident with a 16-year-old uninsured driver, who was using his mother's car at the time and had two underaged passengers. I was in a business area (25 MPH) and I was switching lanes into the right lane. I had my right hand blinker on and was in the process of switching lanes. The 16-year-old driver was speeding and quickly hit my front right end. I had a witness - who reported two things - with the police, he reported that the 16-year-old tried to avoid me by getting into the bike lane, but then reported with my insurance company that the 16-year-old ran straight into my car at 50 MPH. They are currently finding me 80% at fault because of the police report. The police report was obviously misrepresented. What steps can I take to fix this?
